REGISTRATION STEPS
- Complete the information below.
- If registering 2 new students, please complete this form twice (once for each individual student).
- Complete the Google form Release & Consent (permission slip): https://forms.gle/Ey1yUwmqfaahAtEy5
- Go to the online store to complete dues payments: Online store
- USE THE SAME EMAIL AT REGISTRATION FOR THE ONLINE STORE!!!
- $50 non-refundable fee for all dues package
